"I ordered a laptop battery on Oct 29/11 from BattDepot. The order stated the package would be sent UPS. The order was in fact shipped FedEx. FedEx claims in their shipping info that the package was "left at front door" on Nov. 1/11. Wherever it was left it wasn't our front door or any other door. It is now Nov. 5/11 and no package.

I have emailed BattDepot today and asked them to fix this problem. Mistakes happen and if this problem is resolved in a reasonable time I am more than happy to revise this review.

UPDATE NOV. 14/11: A torn open FedEx envelope with the original Oct. 31 shipping date on the label arrived today. The battery box inside was not opened. The battery was the correct one and worked well.

I would use BattDepot again and understand they have no control over FedEx's mess ups. But hope they hold FedEx to account."
