"I ordered the wrong battery for my Acer Ferarri and called for an RMA number. I had ordered the battery 2 day Fed Ex, but this company requires a signature, so it took 3 days. (I find it absurd to have a signature on any item under $100!) The RMA department didn't answer so I called back and spoke to a Sales Rep who said he would send me an RMA # via email. It never came, so I emailed Tech support asking for help, (which seems to be the reply on any complaint on this forum), and still have not received a reply. HORRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra $10 to deal with a company who will be there when you need help!"

I had some questions initially, and had to submit them via email...because trying to get someone on the phone was impossible during business hours, but I did receive a reply to everything that I submitted. (Usually within 24 hours) Once my order was in, it was promptly processed and shipped. The order arrived when promised and it was what I ordered.
