"Battdepot shipped me a replacement battery for the Mac. Worked initially, but then stopped working. Went to the Apple store, and the tech people verified the Battdepot battery was no good, ( laptop ran perfect with a replacement apple battery ). It was also obvious that the height dimension of that battery was greater than the apple batteries, so this put undue pressure on the internal components of the laptop when it sits flat on the desk (battery sticks out). Because I was just past the 30 days, they refused to refund my money. Customer service did not care about me one bit, and kept telling me to "have a nice day" in their messages. There was no point in exchanging for an other battery, as the battdepot batteries made in china are not manufactured to proper tolerance, and I had already replaced with an Apple battery. Battdepot refused to let me talk to a supervisor or the president of the company. Stay away from these guys !!!! Substandard producut, Nobody to talk to and they hide behind their internet firewall when problems arise."

"Service fast. Laptop battery good. Ipod battery didn't fit in my ipod. It was too thick. As I was trying to close my ipod the metal strips that are spot welded to the ipod case came loose. Ipod is kinda screwed. spot welded it. but it is ugly and melted the metal in spots...... tried to flatten the battery out. Don't do this. I tore open the side of the battery and immediately burst into flames as the lithium burned. well, I am going to buy another battery and bring some calipers with me when I go pick it up. Service was fine thoough."
