"Treated very poorly when I was sent a product that was misrepresented on their website. I ordered a laptop battery from the site that was supposed to be 48oo mAh. I then received the invoice electrically which stated the battery was 4800 mAh. To my surprise the product arrived the next day but when i opened the package i noticed the battery had 4400 mAh written right on it. Even the packing slip that came with the shipment said 4800 mAh. When i called the company on the mistake they looked into it and said it was a typo on their site and that they would be giving me no compensation for their mistake. They also refused to give me a full refund as they said there shipping fees, mine was $12, are non refundable. I asked to speak to a manager as this was their mistake and they told me one was not available and would return my call. When i did not recieve a call back i started writing emails to which they snubbed me off with a one liner "Thank you for your descriptive email" and then discontinued writing back. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I would easily pay more for the competitions product since you might actually get what you ordered."
