"They dilivered the battery but the wrong one. Somehow the order changed from Dell to HP battery. I added even a note that the order is for a Dell 1545 and the model # of the original battery.
They didn't verify the note and delivered the wrong battery.
Now I have to pay to return it and there is no guarante that if I order another one, will be the wright one.
Also, they don't answer the phone and never call back if we leave our phone number.
I don't think I will be reordering from them anymore. There is no cost saving for me and prefer to buy the battery from a local store."

"Super speedy shipping. I ordered the piece and had it hooked up to my computer and working 2 days later. You can't ask more than that. I have bookmarked this company for all my computer and battery needs. I have to maintain 9 computers for my business and usually have to special order things through Staples etc. Not anymore. "I need laptop battery, went to my local retail store for one, they quoted me any battery the price would start at $108 and up. The store wanted to bring in my laptop for a store teck to match the my PC and battery (for a fee) so they could order it....I thought to myself what a joke.
So I go online and find BattDepot. Broused the site and found the battery I needed in a minute (user friendly site)for $29. I thought WHAT!!! Great! So I also ordered 2 other batteries I needed for older laptops and found them too at a reasonable price. So I set up an account to place an order. Proceeded to pay with my PAYPAL, and all was done, just to wait for the items to arrive. I got email comfirmation about the order and shipping. Two days later I got a email from the post office my order arrived. I couldn't believe it. I live in another province than where the order originated....so it was very fast. Got my parcel to find everything was carefully packaged and all in order.
Got home replaced the batteries and they all fit just like factory models. The quality it excellant, no junk here. I rate this company at 10+. They saved me so much, I recommended them to friends. If needed this is the ONLY place i would purchase my batteries.
