"The order was submitted and accepted promptly. However, because of a delay in processing, first the shipping issue, then the extra fee for shipping, then apparently the processing of the credit card payment on the Wednesday, Oct. 24th. Finally, I received the battery on Friday, Oct.26th. My original hope was to receive the battery by Monday, Oct. 22nd, which I believed was a realistic expectation. When I sent an email on Wed., Oct. 24th to inquire what was happening with the order, I did receive a telephone call within the hour to explain that the credit card payment had been processed that day and the battery shipped. The prompt phone call was somewhat reassuring, in that I would be getting the battery, but the delay did leave me without a computer for longer than I had planned. At one point, prior to that Wednesday, I wondered if I was dealing with an website that was not legit and would end up taking my money. I am wondering if eight days is a normal delivery time; should I expect this same type of service in the future? Overall, I am somewhat less than satisfied. "

In hindsight with a total cost of $80 I should have done that, however no problems, all packaging was excellant, nothing damaged or broken, well packed and battery in an AntiStatic bag.
Part as described, though I am testing the battery as, "for a new battery" the windows7 tool says the battery is only fair where as I though it should be "good" ? I am trying to recalibrate the battery through charging and discharging from instructions via the web. as we speak. May have been even better if there was a small instruction on how to charge/discharge a new battery?
Anyway Good service and will use again

The battdepot website, has full details on how to charge batteries and why they may not show fully chraged etc.
possible a good idea to put a not on the invoice or slip of paper saying..."please check our website on instructions for caring for your new battery""

However I ordered a power charger for my laptop, and the unit is missing half of the advertised parts, for connecting different laptops etc. the package says there are 19 connectors but the is only 8"
