"I purchased a battery for my cell phone under $20. When i received it it was totally dead! Called the company and all you get is voice mail and no one returns your calls. Got email saying i had to pay postage to return their dead battery. i Call them with hours or receiving battery. I have never had to deal with a company and get such a runaround. Why should any customer ever have to pay shipping for something received defective. Not worth my $20. Horrible company to deal with. I advise everyone not to do business with them read review from other people. Horrible customer service!!"
