"While I am satisfied with the product, I was not happy with the delivery. I ordered my battery on October 17 (Wed). I paid for over night shipping as I needed the battery before I left for out of town on Friday Oct 19. I assumed that the delivery would good for before I had to catch my train at 5:30pm Friday afternoon. It was not. Had I known that I would not have the battery to take with me, which is why paid the extra money for the overnight, I would have made other arrangements. Again, the product is fantastic, and exactly what I wanted, it was just not here when i needed it. I will order from BattDepot again, but will not use the overnight delivery."
