Some bright spark decided to undervalue my purchase of a laptop battery charger on the Customs Declaration and naturally it attracted their attention. The true value was only $22.49 but the dec stated $5.00. This has held up my delivery through no fault of mine but when I registered my complaint to BattDepot all I got was the stock answer"sorry for the delay" completely
ignoring the main point ie. lying on the customs Dec. This is so stupid as I would not be paying duty in any case or if so only a little amount. Considering I paid for express delivery on my order of 25th Sept I am not happy as it will be another 2 days."

"They have good delivery service but very bad customer service. Ordered 2 products for Asus F50 SV laptop, battery and charger adapter, received with in 24 Hrs and price is also good.
Ordered according to the specification mentioned on their site but Battery does not fit at all in the designated spot in my machine. Sent picture to them only to receive email that send the product back with NO return and original shiiping cost will be refunded. If I am not at fault then why I am paying for shipping?? I tried many times calling them but it always to to automated machine to leave message. No one called me back till now. Very Bad experience."
