"Absolutely fantastic! I had put off the purchase of a new battery for my laptop for some time because of the price to purchase a new one from the manufactures website. It was not until the battery on my Netbook died that I started searching for other options. Upon finding BattDepot's site I was pleasantly surprised to see the cost substantially lower than any where else I had looked. It was also great to see that as a Canadian consumer the company was located in Canada. My experience only continued to get better as they had many batteries to choose from for both my required replacements. As a bonus they offered free shipping on orders over $99 which became really easy as I decided to purchase an extra battery for my digital camera as there is nothing worse than the battery dying when you need a camera. Once complete their site was easy to use to place my order and having PayPal as an option for payment just made things easier. Little to my knowledge but the best was yet to come as my delivery was intended to take 3-7 business days by ground which I was fine with considering it was FREE. As I said things got better and I received my order in 2 days which just blew my mind. I could not have been happier with the my experience at BattDepot and will definitely use their services again, although if their batteries hold up like the site says it will not be for a long time."

no stars for no response from phone or email contact to specific questions about battery behavior. Only response is to tell me to pay to ship my battery back where it will be tested to see if it holds a charge...
and no stars for replying to my review with an inaccurate response. No new emails, no new ideas, I suspect a history of similar issues

"BattDepot shipped fast and delivered the right battery. It said it would work on thier website and it does! I ordered a battery for a computer that i've had a hard time finding a replacement due to the age of the machine. After testing the battery I find it is 90% storage of what it says on the cell (~4300 mAh instead of 4800 mAh) but I cant expect any better from a battery that might no longer be in production with anyone else.
All in all I will buy from them again. Good product, speedy service."
