When I called to customer service, she could not find the order and she has to check with payment department and it has to be only by email so she can’t not answer until she hear from them. "I still have not received my tv yet. It was supposed to be here Tuesday, and the delivery co. called and said it would be later in the week. I'm then told it will be on Wednesday, only to be told that it would be Thursday or Friday. When i call in to find out more on Wednesday, I am told that it won't be here before Saturday. I scheduled it for 10-2 on Saturday only to find out that we have a commitment at 10 on Saturday. Right now this review focuses mainly on the delivery company, Ceva, that Beach uses. If it weren't for being retired, we wouldn't be able to repeatedly change our schedules, and even then. We shouldn't need to. I will gladly update this review for the product once, and if, it arrives."
"Purchased an item with an advertised ship date of 3-5 days, after no tracking was provided on day 4 I reached out and received an email apology saying that the order was being picked and I would get tracking shortly, day 6 sent another email with the same response, day 7 sent another email and this time I’m told that they don’t actually have the item and could not give me an estimated shipping date, I told them to cancel the order and refund my card, 3 more emails and four more days and I still haven’t gotten my money back! "I was charged $3,099 for a grill that arrived 4 weeks LATE AND WITH SCRATCHES AND NO WHEELS! I then called the shady delivery driver who barely spoke english and told me it is not their problem. Had to go through my emails to figure out how to get in touch with these crooks. I then had to reach out about 5 times via email. Finally spoke with Angela who was amazing but then got transferred to Yanil who was not so professional. All I wanted was to speak with someone on the phone to resolve this outrageous issue! Yanil gave me the "managers" phone number and his name is Charlie. He spoke so fast and did not let me speak. Not sure if he understood my concern but he was very quick to offer me $2,050 off. I took the money and now leaving this review. All I wanted was a new Grill and the wheels that were suppose to come with. The scratches were not as bad. These people are horrible and a HUGE scammer. I should have read their reviews before purchasing. My terrible mistake I just learned from. Will never buy from them again. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I am not one of those who leave review. That is how upsetting this was for me from start. Worst experience. "
