"I received an item from Beach Camera, but it was damaged in transit. (This was not the fault of Beach Camera, I might add.) It was mainly cosmetic damage and one of those things that maybe doesn't require a full replacement, but it was enough to be annoying (to me anyway). I brought it up with Angela in an email (I was expecting the worst and waiting for my message to be ignored), but to my surprise she responded very quickly and actually chased *me* down when *I* didn't follow up with her fast enough.
