"After waiting 8 days for my near $400 order to ship, I had to call them, then after a 15-20min wait on hold, finally spoke to Customer Service. I asked if my order had shipped yet, & she said it showed as 'Still being prepared for shipping' at the warehouse. She said she'd call them & ask about it & get back to me. At the very end of the day (so I wouldn't be able to call back, I sermise) I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled 'Due to unforseen circumstances' but not yet refunded. I won't be recommending Beach Camerea to anyone anytime soon."

"Ordered a running watch as a Xmas present for my daughter-in-law. Was promised delivery by Dec 12. As of Dec 16, still no delivery. At some point it did arrive. When I called to customer service, she could not find the order and she has to check with payment department and it has to be only by email so she can’t not answer until she hear from them. "I still have not received my tv yet. It was supposed to be here Tuesday, and the delivery co. called and said it would be later in the week. I'm then told it will be on Wednesday, only to be told that it would be Thursday or Friday. When i call in to find out more on Wednesday, I am told that it won't be here before Saturday. I scheduled it for 10-2 on Saturday only to find out that we have a commitment at 10 on Saturday. Right now this review focuses mainly on the delivery company, Ceva, that Beach uses. If it weren't for being retired, we wouldn't be able to repeatedly change our schedules, and even then. We shouldn't need to. I will gladly update this review for the product once, and if, it arrives."
