"I bought a TCL TV through Amazon, the order was fulfilled from Beach Camera. After about 60 days the TV would come on for a minute, then the TV would fade out and then off after about 45 seconds. Contacted Amazon and they said I had to contact Beach Camera since it was past 45 days. I contacted Beach Camera. Beach Camera said I needed to contact TCL, which I did. TCL said Beach Camera was not an Authorized TCL dealer-this went back and forth for some time. I sent a video of what the TV was doing to TCL. TCL had a tech guy contact us and he determined (after having us try every solution he could think of) that the TV was defective. We needed to send serial #, receipt and video which we did.
Now we're dealing with Beach Camera who does not respond to us as promised, and when they do all they do is stall and blow us off. I have repeatedly heard that "we have to get the OK from upper management" to proceed.
I have a defective TV after only 60 days, and they can't handle making this right this without putting me through all this ordeal, and finally trying to **** off with the old " I have to have upper managements OK" then I say their customer service is non existent. Bottom line-DO NOT BUY A TCL TELEVISION FROM AMAZON IF BEACH CAMERA IS THE SHIPPER" YOU'LL HAVE NO ONE COVERING YOUR BACK!!
