"The package was supposed to be delivered on January 24, however, it was exactly 1 week late. Was given excuse from FedEx that it was due to local weather. There was no local weather issues that would prevent delivery. UPS was operating just fine. School buses were operating also. But that is only complaint, I have flown the drone a few times and so far very happy with it."

"After waiting 8 days for my near $400 order to ship, I had to call them, then after a 15-20min wait on hold, finally spoke to Customer Service. I asked if my order had shipped yet, & she said it showed as 'Still being prepared for shipping' at the warehouse. She said she'd call them & ask about it & get back to me. At the very end of the day (so I wouldn't be able to call back, I sermise) I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled 'Due to unforseen circumstances' but not yet refunded. I won't be recommending Beach Camerea to anyone anytime soon."
