"I wrote a previous scathing review where I had a very bad experience. I am modifying my review based upon Beach Camera's response to my issues.
When I first received a damaged 86" TV, the Customer Care representative was rather rude and unhelpful. I asked that she have her supervisor contact me which he did. He took ownership of the situation and shipped me another TV. Unfortunately, that TV also had a shattered screen. I called him back right away, and he arranged for another TV to be shipped. While it ended up taking me 3 weeks to get the TV for our conference room, I applaud Beach Camera for resolving the issue. More likely than not, the problem may not have been caused by Beach Camera, but they owned the resolution. For that, I would buy from them again."

"So we bought a t.v. , 4k player and extras from you in Dec 2018, didn't arrive on the 21st as promised. Then when we finally get it a month later, it's damaged and I have to fight for 3 months to get to returned, we return everything, even promo materials.
And finally get a refund 3 wks later only it's a partial. Now saying because it's been so long they can't give me all my money, when it's only been so long because they've dragged they're feet.
Now to refusing to send the rest of it or any compensation for the nightmare, which that's not really a surprise. But to not return all my money is a crime. I will be reporting to BBB, AND EVERY BUSINESS PAGE I CAN. No one should do business with you.

Ordered a projector with expedited shipping to have it to my house in time for a kid's birthday party over the weekend and the item was shipped most likely ground because it was not scheduled to get here until over 3 days later. Emailed customer service who only said "appreciate your patience" but made no effort to help solve the solution. Also, went on the site to chat with a customer service representative online and the attached picture tells the whole story.... Worst customer service and company I have ordered something this expensive from with an essential need for it. Unbelievable. "

This was my first purchase from Beach Camera. I bought an “Open Box” Sony XBR65A8F for a bit more than 1/2 off the normal price. I received a huge flat screen shipping box from the FedEx driver. Inside the shipping box was a Sony factory box that was blitzed on its original sale by a pallet truck. The box ripped open from the back destroying the carton, but only leaving a tiny scrape/scratch along the rear of the set on the lower main board section. No big deal. Had it been hit in the glass, it would have been toast. The TV set inside was 100% brand new. The only indication of use was a repacked power cord that was used to verify the set was operational for resale. Instead of patching up the trashed Sony box, the box was put into a super heavy duty shipping box. It arrived safely and is stunning in every way. I highly recommend OLED sets as the picture quality is everything you’ve always wanted. Even though the set is brand new, the manufacturer categorized open box as used sets since they are sold at an extreme discount, and therefore voids the 1 year warranty. I could care less since I purchased the available 3 year warranty for a fair price. Most authorized dealers do no give free shipping on open box sets, but I paid nothing extra at Beach Camera. This was an online order and nobody was contacted as everything was seamless and good. I cringed when I saw the set box damage, but when I saw it was the back with a superficial scrape on the plastic, I started laughing, because I just saved enough money to pay all expenses on a one week cruise for 2 with airfare. Not bad! Thank you Beach Camera. I love my new Sony XBR65A8F."

"They sent me the wrong item and were unwilling to do anything about it until the item was fully and completely returned to their warehouse. Ok, fair enough. Except they then didn't offer to supply the return label for a full 2 days. They also showed no indication that they'd would be replacing the item and when I pressed about this, they informed me that I would actually have to place an entirely new order.
I work in a retail store that prides itself on customer service. That cares about its customers. This company? Never one made me feel like they cared about anything more than my money. Their prices are good, their customer service is quite the opposite."

"They put a restriction on my package that it had to be delivered to my home. I work. I wanted it delivered to a FedEx location where I could pick it up when I was not at work or evening classes. I called FOUR times. All four times the representative stated they asked FedEx to hold it. I called FedEx and they told me this was a LIE. No one had called to ask for the restriction to be lifted or held at a FedEx facility. I will never order from this site, and I have actively been informing my friends NEVER to use this site. "
"Exhausted all my patience....Never buy from here ...I got a box from them missing a Samsung watch, the box was open and sealed again, the bottom of the box was tampered with, I called and email them directly and through amazon, to solved this, I emailed the pictures to 3 reps, no answer, called them 5-6 times then I was suppose to get a fedex refurn label had to call many times as I didnt got the return label email (I did check the spam folder and gave 2 different emils) and they always said it will take a day for you to get the email to amazon and/or personal email, never happened..never got it, had to call several times more and bad attitud of the customer service, I still dont have a return label or email or call from them, at this moment a supervisor should contact me and get this solved, near two weeks and no solution..... this was a gift for my father..... *Star..... will change it if it gets solve today friday 21 dece,ber, 2018"
