"I found 4 dresses to try on. Two dresses fit. I intended to buy both. I noticed that one of the dresses was missing the bar code portion of the tags. I asked for help. The woman that agreed to help me tried to find a comparable item. I found almost the exact item. She wouldn't use that one for pricing. She in turn found an item that was not at all comparable and cost more than the one I found.I told the woman this and she promptly took the dress I intended to buy and left! If my husband had not been with me, there would have been a minor scene! What the heck? I almost did not purchase the remaining dress. But the office party is in a couple of days and I wouldn't have time to shop again. Needles to say, I am very very disappointed. Her behavior was aloof at best and quite frankly rude in my opinion. In the past, this happened once before and the person helping me asked the manager for a price. I made the purchase, and everyone was happy. Not so this time."

"It was a miserable experience. The store is a mess and you had no idea what was on the 50% off or if you were only getting the 10% 0ff. I had a $10 coupon and bought a sweater original price $44 at 50% off so with my coup0n I should only have paid $12 plus tax. The associate took the $10 off first so I ended up paying $17 plus tax. This is a rip off!!"
