"I visited because of a promotion of buy 1 get 2 free on clearance items. I tried on multiple items and finally found 6 that fit reasonably well. But at the register I was told 2 of the 6 did not qualify for the promotion. So I purchased 3 items. After the transaction I asked the sales associate to at least scan the other items to see if they qualified. Turns out 2 of the 3 did qualify. She asked if I wanted to go select one more item. Which I then did, finding and identical item to the one remaining one that did not qualify for the promotion. Upon returning to the register, scanning this item did qualify even though it was the EXACT same item that I had left at the register that did not qualify for the promotion. All items I chose originally were from the clearance rack. The remaining item that matched the one that did not qualify for the promotion was also from the clearance rack. They need to get their act together!! If I had not been persistent in making the salesperson scan the items and then looking again on the rack for the last item, I would not have been able to purchase 3 of the items!"
