She came over and assisted right away and then took the time to give them each a separate bag to carry their own old shoes out in. It made the experience of shopping with my kiddos more enjoyable that they were able to be included."

"There was only ONE person on the floor working!!!! She was not friendly at all! When I checked out one of my items did not ring up the sale price as I thought it was on sale, and she said well do you want me to take it off of your receipt because it looks like some of the things that you’re buying or not coming at the right price, do you just want me to take it off? I feel that she should’ve offered to go look to see if there was a sign that said it was on sale that would’ve been the best way to handle that situation. She was just lazy!!!! She didn’t say Thank You, she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I didn’t really know she worked there at first. The store is TOO packed, you can hardly move around. The dressing room carpet is filthy, seriously!!!! Bathroom is dirty!!!! Not a good experience at all but this store has been like this a long time."
