"Overall it was good because of the prices"
"I ordered shoes from there store four days ago and I was told they would be delicious the store!! And yet they I am STILL waiting for my shoes."
"Me and my kiddo were looking at the cologne, we got to the store at 545pm. At 6:05pm we still hadn't been helped and all the associates that i saw, were busy. (We were there to buy 2 bottles of expensive cologne) An associate named MEAGAN finally came over to me and said "Have you been here?" I said "what?" and again she repeated "have you been here?" I didn't know what she was talking about so i said "we are here looking at the cologne. I want 2 bottles." She said "well we are closed." So i said "so you aren't going to help me?" (mind you, i live 30 minutes away and drove all that way to get cologne and had been in the store since 545pm) She said very rudely "I guess i can!", as she walked off saying rudely "I have registers i need to count and other stuff i need to do." She them slammed a safe (i guess that's what it was) and then a cabinet door, before coming back over to me. She then huffed and said "what do you need?" By that time, i was appalled by the way she was acting and actually embarrassed because there was a line of other customers near by. So i told her that because of her behavior, that i was no longer interested in spending my money in that store. She then stated "Good, have a good day ma'am" as she walked off. She definitely needs to be fired or needs some sort of customer service training. She lost business for Bealls because i will not return to that store. "
