"I generally enjoy my visits to Bealls however the store associate Samantha was very rude at checkout. She was not friendly at all. She appeared to be annoyed that she had to help me. She rang up my purchase and did not bag my item. When in asked her if I could have a bag she again appeared annoyed especially that she had to go find me a bag. Your store associates are generally friendly and helpful when I visit the store however that was not the case with Samantha. This is not the first time she has had to help me out at checkout and every time I get the same treatment from her. She is one of the worst sales associates I have ever encountered."
