"The store is usually very friendly and helpful, but it only takes one to feel they are above customer service. I ask an asst. manager the price of an item and was told it's on a sign it wasn't and she told someone else to take care of me. Sorry the others are very nice and have to work for this unhappy person, but I can take my money somewhere else."

"Andrea was the cashier she is always great, Meghan that use to work in Cosmetics was truly one of the best employees that I have ever had at a Bealls store. She knew a lot about the cosmetics department, extremely helpful, I now buy my cosmetics somewhere else. The older lady with short hair is not very friendly at all. She is kinda snooty. Sometimes the line to pay is very lone and it takes a long time to pay and get out of store, Sometimes I feel the store is short handed and there are not enough cashiers. Very seldom do I ever see an associate on the floor if you need help you have to go to the counter and ask for help. The lady that works in shoe department is great but I feel that area of the store is very crowded & need more spots to sit and try on shoes. The boys department is really not very good, My grandsons size what nonexistentand there was not a lot of clothes in the boys section. They use to have more in that area. I shop at Beaslls a lot. In Fredericksburg Tx Bealls is one of the only stores that have a selection of clothing for men, women, children. So when the section is very limited it makes people have to go either to San Antonio, Austin or Kerrville, which means that store loses business. A lot of times there are a lot of clothes in the dressing rooms that need to be put up. I really think BEALLS SHOULD HIRE MEGHAN BACK at the Fredericksburg Store, she was a great employee and was exceptional with shoppers, she was very helpful in all areas, she knew her customers and what they liked or wanted, she always greeted people and she was the only one that did. HIRE MEGHAN BACK..... She was Management material. I only know her from the store and always looked forward to shopping when she was there. Andrea is also very helpful and knowledgable. Those two women made shopping at Bealls enjoyable and they both are gr8, if you c ant find what you need they offer to look online & try to find a store or see if it can be ordered"

"Yvonne, the Bealls associate, who always assists us in the fitting of a tux for my son for coronation and prom is excellent at her job. She is professional, thorough, kind, compassionate and the list goes on. We live in a rural town and have a store that offers a tux service, but we drive 45 minutes to Bealls due to the services Miss Yvonne provides. She is so patient with the kids and parents for that matter. She takes her time with the measurements and is always spot on. She will give you options and help you figure out what will look the best for your child....not just try to sell you the most expensive item like most places do. She is an asset to your company. I sure hope she is appreciated and told what a great employee she is. She is GREAT!!"
