"I have already sent an email pertaining to the way the $5 reward is applied to the bill. The $5 reward is deducted first and then the 50% clearance off is applied. Thus making the reward only worth $2.50. I do not think that this is correct. The 50% should be applied first and then the $5 reward!"

However, the manager on duty that day, Christine I believe, was absolutely rude and unfriendly. She had asked Yvonne if she was ready for her lunch break while checking me out at the counter and when Yvonne said, yes ma'am, as soon as I am done checking her out. Christine very sternly announced that she was sending someone else on her break. I almost said something to her but I bit my tongue. That was completely uncalled for especially while Yvonne was with a customer."
