"Your stores are nice and I have been shopping at a Beall's stores for over thirty years. You just need to make sure that there are plenty of cashiers to wait on customers. This seems to be aproblem more than it isn't. I'll continue to shop Beall's but there needs to be more or better help. When I see an employee sitting behind the cash register, eating, no less, when a line backs up and there is only one cashier, that person needs to get up and open the other register. Very unprofessional."
