"The problem was lack of sales people. Two ladies were there when we got there. During our visit one was very late for lunch and left. We waited till the lady finished her sale at the cosmetics section and called the line over there. This is a problem every time. We all love that store but waiting is tough. To get any help, the cashier would have to leave the register."
