Maybe because she got distracted but she was extremely friendly to the prior customer. I expected the same friendliness. None. Very disappointed with this visit."

"My granddaughter and I enjoy shopping at Beall's. She loves the Junior Selections as well as some Junior Plus. It was difficult to find the store sections, however, as they were not clearly marked - one specific reason we shopped was to look for more clothing for her and, more importantly, to have the magnetic security thing removed from an item I had previously ordered online and received WITH the magnetic security item still on the jeans....that was frustrating for sure and not the first time. But, overall, we enjoy shopping at Beall's, you just have to realize you are pretty much 'on your own' due to high shortage in staff."

I usually have wonderful ladies that check out and help you and talk about products, this guy should be sweeping the floor after hours, does not need to interact with customers. I don't know maybe he is a woman hater. He has a problem and he is YOUR problem."

"Terrible! Worst store I have ever been in! Worst customer service! Store areas were messy, Associates who are not teenagers were rude spent more time talking to one another and ignoring customers and not working! They made me wait more than 15 minutes in line! I had to go to the front of the store to ask them to stop talking to one another so they could wait on me! Rude rude rude! Assistant manager should be fired! She interrupted the associate ringing me up to ask questions about their products and they both left me standing there waiting again! I will never shop there again!"
