"I bought 6 pair of ladies briefs. The cost was $10 each or 3 for $25.50. I was charged $60 dollars, but didn't realize it until I got home. I called the Cleburne Bealls which is nearby, and they could not refund my money. They said I would have to go back to Granbury which is a 45 minute drive from my house. The people in Granbury did say they would refund my money. Since this was not my mistake, I am not happy about the expense and time involved in going to Granbury for the refund. What can you do about this??????"

"Caitlin was the clerk who checked me out. No eye contact. Not friendly. She made me so angry because she held about 15 hangers in her left hand while she made me wait so she could check me out using one hand-the right hand. She used her one free hand to take each item off of the hanger, scan the item, remove the security device from each item, fold the item; one by one. I told her she could go ahead and put the hangers down.....she didn't. Continued to move like a snail while hanging on for dear life to those hangers in her left hand. Finally, she asked another clerk to hold all of those hangers for her while she bagged my items. I could not believe the terrible customer service that she gave to me. Her co-workers seemed not to mind to have to stop what they were doing at the desk they were sitting at and come up to hold her freaking hangers. I could not believe what I was witnessing. I won't be going back for a long time and when I do, I'd like to completely avoid this clerk. Her name on her badge is Caitlin. I believe this kind of service is below Beall's standards. I never saw this kind of behavior before when I've shopped here."

"I love the clothing styles, home goods and shoes but I find everything to be pretty expensive. Using the lure of coupons for various discounts is ok but often many are not for use on certain things, which is about everything in the store. I would rather the prices were low so that I could actually buy things without the gimmick of coupon discounts. I'd shop more often here if it were that way."
