"What happened to Bealls? On another platform, a Reviewer said the stores are closing. Is this true? If so, it would explain the recent decline of the store. I came in to the store to purchase a pair of jeans. Only size on the shelf was a size 10 and no other sizes. Found another brand of pants and wanted to buy a belt. The store had no belts and the Associates could not find them, nor did they have an interest to look for them. What retail store that sells pants, doesn't have belts?"

"Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! I went in to exchange a pair of jeans for my daughter that I had ordered online. I did not have my receipt, but I had my email with my order confirmation number. The lady was very rude and said she didnt think I would be able to make the exchange and reluctantly called a manager over. The manager explained to her that I could and proceeded to show her how to do it. The lady then started to argue with her own manager and was so very rude. Finally, after approx 15mins, she looks at me and says you're done, bye and then walks away! This was so disheartening and my daughter and I were so upset with how we were treated we just left without even shopping any further like we had planned. I will never return to this particular store, I will drive over an hour to Decatur if I need to go to a Bealls."

"Not good. See above about my experience. Brenda was very negative. I have 30 years of retail Manager experience. The experience I encountered would not be ok with me as a Manager. I normally never give neagative reviews, but someone needs to know what is going on when the store manager is not present. She needs training on her negative communication."
