We don't shop at your store as often as we used to - probably less than half the amount of time as before (due to clothing style changes, and shoes options). You used to carry a nice selection of the brand New York Transit sandals: however, those style options have drastically reduce, and changed."

Based on the website not being secured, I won't purchase online... so that means you won't get my purchase because the items don't seem to be available in the store. "I love shopping at Beall's. Have been shopping at Beall's for yrs. I like their clothing line, shoes, accessories, jewelry. Everything I wear comes from Beall's. I have invited several of my friends to shop there also.Not only do I purchase all my clothes, but also kitchenware, bath towels and bedroom items. I used to purchase all my gift cards for restaurants, Amazon, movie theaters and home improvement stores. Beall's is my go-to store...whatever I need, Beall's usually has it. Plus, all the Sales Associates are all so friendly and helpful."

"Love the employees, merchandise, and the store, but have had troubles almost every time at checkout. I always check with associates before shopping regarding coupons and if there are any exclusions and if so, what is excluded. When I start to pay, they tell me that my coupons or offers don't work. The store needs to come up with a better way to inform customers about their coupons, sales, and rules about combining coupons or not. We've been frustrated so many times at check out time that our purchases don't qualify for the discounts, coupons, etc. It makes us not want to shop there anymore. :-("
