"I waited far to long for 1 person to check out. Just to be told after to go look for what i needed. Then not to find it. The lady checking us out didn't seem to know what she was doing. 1st she said she was not able to return our items because they were returned once. I said it was a gift and it was the wrong size the 1st time and it's still not the right size. She said oh okay. I told her you don't have what i need then she said all she can do is a gift card because i did not have the card it was bought with. Then she said okay it's going back on the card. Beyond annoying aftet waiting for a while because she had to rering the person in front up twice."

"First I was greeted by an associate nearly immediately. Then they were very helpful and so were the other ladies in the store. Pamela the Asst manager helped me opening an account and she was very friendly and professional. Overall I was very pleased with the stores merchandise and people who worked at store #165 in Grapevine, TX. I only wish there was a store closer to me."
