"I'm never disappointed when I shop at Bealls."
"I liked the fact that the associates greeted my niece and I with a Good Morning as soon as We entered Bealls and offered me a chance to save money with a coupon for my purchases. I went inside Bealls thinking I have only one hour to purchase a dress and shoes for my niece for a wedding that afternoon and Whamm I found a rack with beautiful dresses. She tried on that one dress that I picked and we loved the fit and the style. We knew This was The Dress. Next was the shoes. We love a couple of pairs that were fashionable and well suited but at the end we made up our minds quickly, and used that coupon and with the one I had, I saved a bundle. My niece and I thank you very much Bealls. We went home happy and with great smile that Day."
"My general experience with Bealls at the Harlingen, Texas location was overall bad. I received the $10 off $10 purchase, but I could not really find somethig I loved nor something that was affordable. Almost everything I liked could not be purchased with the coupon. While in line to purchase my items, there were only 2 cashiers. The wait in time was about 12 minutes. While waiting I did notice our cashier did not greet the customers and was chewing gum in an annoying manner. I think chewing gum is disrespectful when talking to other people, nonetheless when working. When it came to me, I made my purchase with my $10 off coupon, and when attempting to use another coupon on a different transaction she changed her tone and raising her voice making it clear that there can only be one coupon per transaction. I had not visited the store since December, hence I did not know of the new policy. That did not bother me, what did was the tone the cashier used on me. Changing to another store."
