"The cashier, Elvira, was absolutely disappointing. She was the slowest cashier I'd ever experienced. We spent an hour in line and there were only about 5 people. The cashier on the other side was taking about 3 customers per one of ours. Not only was she extremely slow but she was very rude and condescending towards my grandma. I do not know if she was having a bad day or just hated her job, but someone with that kind of attitude should not be allowed in customer service. ESPECIALLY at this time of year. Merry Christmas."

"I would like Bealls to have a price checker machine around the store to make it easier for customers to get price checks. It is very time consuming for us to walk around the store to find someone and we end up having to wait in line when people are paying just to get a price check.. Or just do what other stores do and have an app on the phone to be able to get price checks on our phone...Just a suggestion that I feel your customers would enjoy! thank you for hearing me out!
