"The store I visited was very messy needs to be better organized and fitting rooms very dirty"

"I never saw an associate while I was shopping. There seemed to be 3 in the store; 2 ringing up sales in the perfume counters and 1 moving boxes and merchandise around. None acknowledged any customers upon entering the store. The first line I got into was taking way too long, so I went around to the other one. It was only when I was next in line that an associate finally acknowledged me. She just sort of went thru the motions. She wasn't mean or rude but could have been more personable."
