"It was my first time shopping in Bealls as we just moved and did not have a Bealls where we lived before. The only time I saw an employee was when I was trying to find a place to pay for the merchandise I selected. One was back behind makeup counter and a sign was on the counter saying all merchandise is paid for up front. So I walked up front to pay. The sales associate #000795591 at the register was awesome! She informed me of Bealls app, the rewards program, and coupons via email. She was very pleasant and made my shopping experience great."

"My experience was awful. My husband and I purchased some items, and when we got to the car, I realized one shirt rang up full price when it should have been 50% off. When I went back in, there was one customer at the register, but I had to wait several minutes because employee Sanjuana was chit chatting with them. When she finally offered to help me, I told her the situation and she asked me why I paid full price for the shirt if it was supposed to be on sale, like it was my fault. She then told me all she could do was refund the purchase and let me buy it again. She refunded the shirt, and then I had to walk her to the sale sign to prove the item was on sale. She rang it up and told me to swipe my debit card. For some reason, she entered a price of $3.58 two times, so I was supposed to swipe the card again. Several employees had to come over to try and help. There's more to the story, but I'm out of room. Sanjuana was awful and I will not be back. I wasted 45 minutes on this."
