"Store associate Kathy was very rude and has a mean attitude. I have heard her be hateful to employees on several occasions during my shopping trips, and on two occasions has been talking about how bad management is and how she hates it there. She acts like she does not want to be there or help anyone.I don’t think this is something customers need to hear on a sales floor. I asked her a question and it was very obvious she did not want to help me.. so I just left the store . Most everyone else in the store is pretty friendly and nice."

"Me and my husband went in to make a purchase for a friend.
Was greeted immediately by the ladies at the makeup counters. Very nice. I proceeded to the women’s dept and began to browse. My husband wandered to Men’s. I Was not greeted or asked if i needed help even though associate Kathy was in the area. I approached her a short time later to inquire about a specific brand, she was talking to another associate (I did not notice her name but she was a young lady, very short. ) and was speaking very hateful and ugly about some other associates. I almost turned and walked away but the short girl noticed me and asked if I needed help.. I asked my question and was told the item was“ over there” I went to that area but couldn’t find the size I wanted so I decided to buy a different gift. My husband was assisted in men’s and purchased a shirt and tie for a upcoming event and the assistant manager Jamie helped him. She not only assisted him with color/style as my husband is not a shopper but got him several sizes to try on. He told me she was extremely polite and friendly. The checkout process was fine, the cashier said thank you. My husband thought her name was ruby. Overall I like the store but was very very put off by my experience in women’s. I have been in several times in the past and Kathy is always unhelpful and borderline rude. Everybody else seems to be overall friendly and ready to assist you. That woman does not need to be helping customers with her mean attitude!"

"I am very disappointed in Bealls this last year. The clothes are poor quality and you do not have enough store help to check out and no on to keep the dressing rooms cleaned out. Everyone is getting discouraged. Several people just put there clothes down and left. One check out person for 15 people in line is not enough. And the the poor lady trying to buy jewelry just gave up and left. One person cannot do it all. What happen to the company y'all use to be?"
