I witnessed an employee stocking racks while a manager stood next to her talking the entire time i was in the store - which was over an hour. Several times in this store i have asked a manger for assistance only to be brushed off or told someone else will help me - and witnessed a clerk try to deal with a long line and answering questions from customers as a manager sits at a desk behind the clerk and there are no other registers open."
