"Today was the last half day for our local Bealls. The 2, of 3 cash registers that were open, were crammed full of Associates and apparently it took all of them to watch the 2, necessary/required , employees to actually operate the actual cash register machines! Why is this allowed at anytime/moment in the entire lifecycle of the store, weather it be @ the beginning/opening, middle/normal every day operations, or the end/closing days of the store? Anywhere from 4-6 of your store associates/employees were just standing around in the 2 register counter that is very small. 4-6 employees that were not doing anything noticeable, besides chit chatting, and this was noticeable to each and every customer walking through the door due to the front and center location of this customer service counter. The store was the busiest that I have ever seen it, in all the times that I have ever visited it. And so there wasn’t one associate on the floor anywhere that was available to assist/answer question."
