"The clerk said hello when I walked in the door but did not ask if I needed help finding anything. I think I was interrupting her quiet...I was the only customer. After trying something on I put those items on the counter and continued shopping. In the entire men's section, there was one light-colored shirt with a pocket and one blue pocketed t-shirt. I found another light-colored one with a pocket in the sports area. I find it hard to believe that a men's light-colored t-shirt with a pocket was almost non-existent in Riverton. I was able to find a tan Carhartt pocketed t-shirt at Boot Barn.However, getting back to my Bealls purchase, I needed to check on luggage during this outing. Your store had 2 brands; both were expensive and neither suitable for my husband. I got to the register just as the clerk was sitting down. She did not like my timing I guess. She seemed rather terse while checking my items. When she was finished she did NOT say thank you, come again, glad you shopped with us, or anything else. If a store expects repeat customers there needs to be some general guidelines to follow; such as being pleasant to the customers and saying, Thank you. I spent over $100 at your store without a thank you. Our town merchants want people to shop local but if the items we need are not available why should we? I will continue to shop online where I can usually find what I need quickly and without sales clerks who would rather not have to deal me. I do not shop often and this is just one more reason why.I will never enter this store (1070 W Main, Suite C, Riverton WY) again. I am delighted that I got to let you know of my shopping experience today because it will never be repeated.Questions 40 & 41 are false but required an answer. #40: I prefer not to purchase from this company at store or online. #41: I have not purchased from either store or online (excluding this purchase)...so I put in store including this purchase. #41-1 answer is"
