"Overall my experience was good. The associate who rang up my order was VERY unfreindley, never smiled, never made eye contact, said as little as possible to me. Her name was Polly. Every other associate that has helped me there has always been friendly. This was the 1st time I was ever treated poorly. Later the same day I had to exchange a pair of shoes. Polly was the only one behind the registers. She didn't greet me or offer to help. Not sure why she was so disagreeable."

"Shopping was great, but was tricked into 3 magazine subscriptions that I was told could not be voided and I would have to call another company to cancel the magazines. What made it even worse is that I had to tell the associate manager multiple times that “NO, I do not want to get the Bealls credit card” but she insisted that I did."

"I had quit coming to this store in our town because the store was dirty, disorganized and the staff not helpful. I have been there twice in the last 3 weeks and the store management has done an outstanding job in making this store what it should be. Associates are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and it has a very inviting and freindly atmosphere. I used to own a women's clothing store and I was so impressed with the change in the store - I would hire these employees any day! A wonderful experience and I will definitely go back."
