"The whole store is 50% off. The items I purchased were originally $18 each so at 50% off they should have been $9 each. I had a $10 coupon and a $5 reward so my total, before tax should have been $3, but they took the $15 off first and then took 50% off so my total was $10.50 plus tax. That is not how the coupons work anywhere else. If I didn’t have a coupon, the items would have been half off. So my $15 coupons were only worth $7.50. The register gave me 50% off my coupon. That is not fair and False advertising."
"The manager Lori Vasquez was not helpful. I earned a $5 reward and the item I purchased was 50% off which would of brought the $39 item to $18, then minus the $5 earned to $14. Instead she says sorry it takes it off after the coupon. I told her then you are not honoring my $5 reward. Instead it is $2.50. She replies the computer does it. I want someone to give me my $2.50 reward. Poor service and cheating the customer"

"This was my second visit to the store, but not this location (1st time), everything looked very clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The custom jewelry area was kind of small and too closed together to go thru with your cart. The cashier was very great, it was a peculiar customer that was holding up the line. I like prices right now because of the closing sale, I think generally the regular prices are kind of high."
