"We were trying to buy new clothes for a 7 day cruise. Upon walking in, the store looked depleted and we thought it was closing down. We approached the perfume counter because two of us needed more perfume. The woman at the counter presented like she didn't want to be bothered and when I asked her if she had Michael Khors Hollywood, she said, what you see is what we have. I was a bit shocked at her response so we moved on. We didn't find much that was stylish and when we did, there were minimal sizes. There were ZERO intimates and approx 1/4 of the store was bare floor with empty fixtures sitting there. We walked to purses and weren't impressed with the styles and moved on to the men's department. Again, minimal product and sizes. We were just disgusted with the whole experience. There was no one anywhere for assistance and the only person available made us feel like we were an inconvenience."

"I came into your store today (12/5) to pick up an online order (ship to store) and the associate was very unpleasant to me. I was nice and did not complain and waited patiently I offered to show her the shipment email to help but she blew me off. I don’t know if she was worried about the line forming behind me or having a bad day but she was basically irritated with me for choosing ship to store for my purchase. She would argue with me and I basically told her that I choose this method because I did not want to pay shipping. She continued to argue with me and even got the customer behind me to join it. I have worked retail for years and own a retail business of my own and have not ever treated a customer that way. She didn’t even say thank you for the purchase. I will not be shopping at your store ever again. Her name was Cecilia at the San Marcos, TX Bealls store."
