"I notice that a lot of times when I'm shopping online before going to the store, that it will state online that a particular item isn't available at a store near me, only to find it in stock once I get to the store. This is frustrating at times, because I don't feel like I can order it online now until I check the store first since this feature is often times totally inaccurate."

"We don't have a stage but a Bealls. My experience was good though you need to hire more people to work. From what I gathered from the 2 employees that were there the manager needs to get a better understanding of help needed. She wanted 2 people to do a task that requires 2 more people and still get their regular work done before closing. This isn't fair to the employees and the manager was no where around to assist them. Not a good look."

"I am unhappy with the new ship to store delivery charge. The store does not have much of a selection whereas online I can find more (especially for girls) but I have to pay a $10 delivery fee now unless I spend $35. I liked having the option to pick up in the store without the fee so I will no longer order online."
