"The store at Richland Mall needs to be cleaned. The carpet is old, dirty, and stained. The drapes in the dressing rooms are dirty, old, and provides no privacy. On previous trips to this store, help and cashiers are very limited. Looks like 2 associates are working the entire store. However, they are always very friendly."

The merchandise is arranged nicely and organized but the carpeting is dirty especially in the fitting rooms..gum was stuck on the curtain in the room I was in and was it here a week or so ago when I used that same room. Otherwise, much improved!"
