"I shop at bealls for my husband mostly. The menswear area is always organized and easy to find his size and style (even on the clearance racks). There is also an associate, Vickie B. (? not sure the last name), that goes above and beyond each time I see her. I love to see her friendly face when I walk in and know my experience will leave me smiling with or without a purchase. She is so helpful and I will continue to be a customer as long as employees like Vicki are there. She even remembered me and recommended a sale when I ran into her outside of Bealls. She is great."

"Several of the products I meant to purchase were in the Clearance area, and tagged with marked down prices. When I went through th checkpt procedure, most of those products were denied as Clearance prices. Therefore no purchase was made."

Marsha is rude

"I’ve been to this store 2 times in the past year and both experiences were horrible. I was unable to use my new Bealls card both times due to system failures. Had to deal with the same representative Marsha on both occasions, the first time she practically ran us out of the store about 10 minutes before closing. The second time I found a pair of jeans on clearance that were not ringing up properly she rudely made a comment implying that we changed the tag on them because it was not supposed to be on clearance. Needless to say I didn’t buy the jeans because she would not honor their mistake. Needless to say Bealls card will be shredded and account closed and to never return. "

"Usually always good experience but I went back next day to pick up items placed on hold I was yelled at by cashier very rudely while she was pointing to back of store to go to back Door &knock on back door & ask to get my items !!!!!! I was so shocked & horrified by this I did walk back asked for my items I felt like a child being yelled at!!! I called manager who said she would take care of this"
