It was as I had thought. I took a picture of it and went back. Salesperson had changed. I had to wait in line again. She was not happy to do the refund. Not so much what she said but the look on her face and body language. At the end she rudely said so I can refund you 3 dollars. I asked about the 20 percent coupon, she said I couldn't use it because it was a doorbuster. I don't believe her. She didn't try the coupon. Three weeks earlier I bought two of them for the same price and they were able to use the coupon. But actually it wasn't the money it was her sorry attitude. She was rude to me because the store register rang it up wrong. I don't get that and am still ticked off."

"I love my store in Ennis, TX. The store that I visit today is bigger, and I was in need to returned my Clinique Happy perfume that I got for mother's day at the Rockwall store because it smell stale. Ennis no longer carry Happy, so I made a special try to Waxahachie to exchange my perfume; the lady that help me was not very friendly, and not at all understanding of my predicament. I told her that I would have to smell the one at her store to make sure it was good. She told me the ones at her store have been there a while, she also said that she works the Estee L. counter, and that she didn't really like that fragrance. The one at this store was also stale, so she had to damage that one too, I think she didn't like that at all.Over all I am happy with the Stage experience, but not at this store."

"While I was checking out, the price of an item that rang up didn't reflect the discount. The cashier said she couldn't do anything about it, so she called the Manager. The manager, Dava, emp. #001838345, explained to me that there had been a mistake and she corrected it giving me the appropriate discount. She was very friendly and seemed glad to help. She apologized for the mistake and encouraged me to visit the store again. Very good customer service."
