"Disappointing. Can't find the right clothes I am use to buying."
"I returned to the store today to exchange a purchase from last week. While waiting for the sales associate, Samantha, I observed how kind and professional she was to a customer who was in a hurry, wanted to use multiple coupons, and was not always kind about her wishes. My shirt size was not in stock, but was ordered for me. I continued shopping and when I checked out, the same associate helped me, still displaying the same sweet, professional, helpful attitude. I do not know this young lady, but I was impressed at how well she represented the company for which she works."

"Dava the store manager waited on me. She was most helpful as I forgot I had a coupon and she also told me the shoes I purchased was buy one get one free. As I recall there was not any signage to that effect and she was going to check on it. She was most helpful and I really appreciated getting the second pair of shoes for free."
