"I like the sales. Quality is usually very good so when I find something on sale, I feel pleased with my shopping. I was disappointed today that I did not see any Christmas apparel. There were very limited items, but the quality was very poor for having the Rebecca Malone brand on them. I don't think they would have made one washing."

"I wish I could say I had a great experience, but I didn't. I had to search for an associate to help me. When I did get help, the associate took my purchase to a checkout counter without specifying which one. I had to search again for my items before checkout. The next day, I had to return to the store to have my inventory tag removed because the associate failed to do that when I checked out. When I returned the next day, I waited for someone to help me. No one came. I went and found an employee who was near a register, and she sent me away to go wait where I had already been waiting without receiving any attention. All she needed to do was turn around and remove the inventory control tag from my item at the register that was six feet from her, but she preferred to send me back to where I had been waiting before. I waited again, for more than five minutes. No one came. I had to go to another area of the store and wait in line again for someone to help me. The store was nearly empty. Employees were folding clothes and polishing chrome, but I waited without receiving attention. In a store with prices like those at Bealls, I do not expect to need to chase down employees to assist me. I will not be returning to Bealls."

"The lady who helped us was in her second day on the job, so she did not know yet about the pants I was asking about, however, she was VERY congenial, and helpful and she had great suggestions, knowing what look I was looking for (teacher), and I ended up changing one or twpo purchases based on her recommendations. I was very happy with her service! The other 2 representatives that we came into contact with were very friendly and offered to help in any way needed."

"I've been shopping at Bealls since it came to Waxahachie and when they closed I shopped Bealls in DeSoto. The newest store is very nice and I shop there a lot!!!!I've also done the survey almost every time I've shopped but have NEVER WON!! I'm not sure anyone ever wins :("
