"We are overall very satisfied with the order. The bed is very comfortable and has aided us in getting a good night's sleep. The delivery was right on time and as promised, and the foundation was very easy to setup. The only complaint is with off-gassing of the bed, and I consider myself "average" as far as sensitivity to odors and smells. We set it up within 24 hours of the delivery and decided that the off-gassing was too much to handle and slept in another room for two nights. It was still very noticeable after that, and still noticeable 10 days later. It is fading and I'm sure that within a couple of weeks we will not notice it at all.
