"I ordered the Pac Bed original in Queen size, it came in the mail in less than a week. The box easily fit up my narrow staircase, was a bit heavy so needed two people to pull it up. It opened up easily ( let it air out for a night first) and we've been sleeping on it now for 2 months and couldn't be happier! "The bed arrived on time and in good shape. The directions to put the box foundation together were not that clear, but it was easy to figure out. The bed we ordered is very comfortable. The sides of the bed are soft and squish down a bit when getting in or out. This is not a big deal unless you are used to sitting on the edge of the bed for an extended amount of time. It has no effect on sleeping comfort or stability. "
