"I have had my PacBed Original 9" mattress for over 6 weeks. The entire process went smoothly. Tons of info on the website and the customer service was very helpful. All items arrived on the same day. There was initial off-gassing, which was very noticeable for about 24 to 36 hrs. I was able to sleep on mattress the first night ( others may not ). The odor faded daily and was completely gone in about 5 or 6 days. The mattress is firm and supportive, but not hard. I sleep primarily on my back and have had lower back stiffness / tightness daily for over 15 years. This was totally gone after 4 - 5 nights and has not returned. There is some heat retention ( for me ) which is getting less frequent over time. Overall very restful and rejuvenating sleep.Very happy with this mattress."
