"Overall experience was very good, but the packing left something to be desired. The mattress and waterproof cover I bought with it were packed together but the cover box was put in the shipping box first and was completely destroyed by the mattress. Had I decided to return it I would have likely run into issues. Other than that the mattress was well packed, and although the whole package was heavy it was easy to move with assistance. The mattress is very comfortable and the cover is quiet to sleep on unlike other waterproof covers. The hardest part of the whole experience was getting rid of the old mattress, but that can't be held against BedInABox!"

"Honestly I am upset that I can't select a 10 Star rating! We got the bed, put it all together in about 1-2hrs (I am old and slow). Fast, easy, and straight forward instructions. Layed on it and almost fell asleep! But that isn't the clincher.

If you have a lot of stairs, keep in mind that it is heavy to get up any number of stairs. Worth it though.

"Web site was easy to navigate, pricing was clearly explained, transaction was simple to complete. Bed is exactly what I expected and wanted-- an affordable memory foam style mattress. Packing was awesome (who knew a whole bed could come in a big box!). We've been sleeping on it for a week and we love it. Not too hot, did not have the chemical smell like other memoryfoam products I've used before, is very comfy and fit my existing frame with foundation perfectly. I should have paid attention to the height measurements because it was "shorter" than my previous mattress but that is my fault for not measuring what I had before (there was an upgrade option for 2" higher).
My only complaint has nothing to do with BedinaBox, but with shipping by FedEx. FedEx "accepted" the mattress from BnB on Thursday then held it hostage until the following Monday. Reviewing the tracking data the box was sitting on a truck at 6am on Saturday morning in my local area (less than 15 miles away) but they didn't deliver my mattress until late Monday afternoon. I was sad I had to wait these extra days, but it's not BnB's fault; they shipped promptly but once out of their control there's not much they can do.
