"Very easy experience ordering the bed online. It arrived promptly and in good condition. I ordered the King size and a King size foundation. The foundation is about 2" larger all the way around than the mattress. That is the only slight disappointment I have with the purchase. "

"The entire process of ordering online was quick and easy. Both the mattress and foundation came in boxes delivered right to my door and both were easy to move into the house where I needed them. It took me about 30 minutes to put together the foundation and the mattress was at full size in less than 10 minutes. Very little outgassing smell and about 3 nights in I couldn't notice any smell at all. Every night has been a very deep and relaxing sleep so far during my first week."

"This January we made a decision to replace our BedInABox mattress which was only 8 years old. It was sagging on my husband's side and it bothered him. I knew it had a 20 year warrant so I thought I would just see how that worked. I emailed my issue to them. I got an immediate response from Brittney H, who was our contact the entire process. I was first stunned that what was required was so simple. We had to take pictures of the sag according to their instructions and provide minimal information. It was very simple to do. So I figured I would send them in and either get rejected outright or it would take forever or we would get a pro rated credit. Not so. Brittney came back same day saying they would replace the mattress at our full cost. We didn't even have to return the first one! We ended up ordering an upgraded mattress only paying the difference from what we had paid on the old one. I'm am late writing this review because we only had one night's sleep as we left for a 3 month RV trip the next day. We have been sleeping on it since April. We love it (we loved the first one too). Best bed ever. The amazing part is the customer service. Brittney was unbelievable. She worked with us on the replacement, then getting new one to us before we left. Always answered emails immediately. All companies should take a lesson from Bed In A Box on how to do customer service!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!"
